Recomendation : Food handlers tests should be done yearly
NB : If subject develops jaundice , diarrhea lasting more than 2 weeks , recurent affected skin( boils, styles, septic finger , persistently discharging eyes , ears or nose should be excluded from handling food until examined by a doctor
